Just signed up a truck driver -- with no such good credit. Makes decent money but lacks budget skills.

Terms are 2,000.00 DEP. (normal is 900.00 but being homeless for a few months caused an adjustment) rent 985.00 14 month lease. Dec 20 she will owe 10 days rent and Janu 1, 2019 regular rent starts.

With the 2K dep and the county the property is in-- getting non- payers out is fairly simple. The sheriff in that county actually calls to GET YOU to schedule the set out....
