a friend of mine came to me tonight and said shes looking to move out of her house that she is renting asap and the landlord gave her the green light to sublease. She asked for one of my leases to use. Is there a specific sub lease form that you guys would recommend she uses or should she just use a basic lease agreement and change wording? I want to help but have never experienced this before...thanks in advance! --72.231.xxx.xxx

I don't permit subleasing, so I've never seen a sublease contract.
