Hello!

For those of you that own rental properties and flip or wholesale properties as well how do you structure the corporations?

Do you keep rentals in a separate LLC and then have a C or S corp for the flipping?

Do you have third corp for the property management part of it?

Will holding rentals in their own LLC protect that income from dealer status if that is triggered from the flipping and wholesaling? --74.130.xxx.xxx
