They haven't even taken the apt but I suspected they were planning on having a lot of visitors. Older couple. Their adult daughters asked up front, what about visiting grandkids? I asked how many, for how long, would they be running around, bothering the other tenants who lived there. They said yes.One kid likes to scream. This was the problem they were running into trying to find a 1st floor apt, they said. No landlord allowing them to bother the other tenants. I suggested they find a house to rent. --108.20.xxx.xxx |

when prospects show up with car full of kids I ask them ALL to come in. OH don't leave them out in the car I say-- let them come and check out their new rooms.
Now you see what the FAMILY LOOKS LIKE. Better 5 minutes rather than 8 months of damamges.
Gotta love when they sneak in to use the toilet-- knowing the water is off---

It sounds like the grandmother is going to be doing daycare for her daughters that work. I suspect they asked you because they have had problems with other landlords and don't want that to happen again. Good idea to rent a house. --73.178.xxx.xx |

Ally, my thoughts exactly. Adult daughter said her mom gives her a break from the kids. They wanted the kids to "visit weekends". If you need a place to live then you would go visit the kids at their house, but I suspected that is why they are trying to find a 1st floor.
We have had to ask tenants to leave before because of the loud screaming grandkids, bothering the other tenants in the house. --108.20.xxx.xxx |
