I have someone who has contacted me no fewer than 25 times to inquire about any house we have ever listed since 2016. Her info changes a lot: jobs, pets, occupants, addresses. Her "fiancee" has assaults and larceny and trepassing and property damage convictions. I stopped responding to her a long time ago but still get emails via CL regarding my listed properties.
The last time I *did* respond, via an automated rejection for a non-neutered animal, she threatened to slander us on FB. I ignored her and she went away, but she's back again now, emailing last week and at midnight last night and now again early this morning...
She "has the money and needs to move by Friday."
Every.single.time.for.every.single.home.ever.listed.

Even though Craigslist uses an anonymous email relay, you can still set up a filter in your email settings to block her from getting through to your inbox.
One possibility: Create a filter with the following: "Subject line": (RE: TITLE OF CL AD HERE), "contains" (HER FIRST AND LAST NAME). You could dial it in to be as specific as possible, but always test it afterwards by responding to your own ad using both the "blocked" criteria and "non-blocked" to make sure you aren't blocking out unintended respondents.
You may also be able to block the CL email as it sometimes will assign the same email address to a user so long as they're a registered user.
Or just keep her unblocked for the entertainment! --65.118.xx.xxx |

I am so glad we logged every call and years later, like sharks they are still circulating, looking for the next victim and a place to land. Google voice. There is a local woman that has been evicted several times and she proudly states that she has been working in the home health field for ____years. She calls every time I run an ad in the paper. The last time I asked her name and she said Ann and I finished it for her. I used to explain that I would never rent to her because of it and not to call me again. Then I realized I was being a bit presumptuous, asking her to remember or look up my phone number before she responded to an ad.
