Tenant threaten to call them for non action. I decided it would be best to file the report myself. Since the 1st instance 3 days ago, we have notified 3 pest companies in 3 days and contracted with one. I left copy of contract with board of health. They are cool of course. Tenant is SOL. --108.20.xxx.xxx

I have never called Board of Health or Code Enforcement myself, but if you are in that situation, remember that if the T calls, you might be hampered by retaliatory eviction rules. If you call, no such problem!
