Reminds me of the time I had a lady filling out an application that I really truly 100% didn't want. A roach ran across her application...she left with the application I never heard back.

I had a nasty tenant that I wanted to move out, but In Ontario it is almost impossible to move a tenant. Fortunately, a neighbor moved and disturbed the rat population in the area and my tenant discovered a rat. He could not get out of the place fast enough and there was an upside to rats. --68.32.xxx.xxx |

Mary, you are very lucky your tenant moved out. In Ontario the landlord is responsible for removing pest and bugs. Your tenant could have demanded you pay for his hotel accommodations and inconvenience, (using his free lawyer). --70.31.xx.xxx |
