Tenant messages me on FB, says A/C not right. I asked is it cooling? Yes, but it is noisy. So I offer opinion to DH, bet it is dust/grease/hair on fan blades & they have gotten out of balance. Sure enough, he told me he told tenant that I was right for the 1st time in my life..... Grrrrr
Better late than never, right? Ha ha
He said he couldn't see what he was doing, but he managed to help it until he can go back with proper tools. --71.219.xx.xxx |

Murphy's Law for landlords..
A tenant with a A/C (or heat) issue will always call on Friday night at least 5 minutes AFTER the HVAC office closes.

I ask my tenant when was the last time they changed the A/C filter, I provide them with a box of a dozen replacements and show them how to install them at time of move-in. Tenant answers, "I never changed the A/C filter before"!
That's the number 1 reason the system won't function properly. --47.156.xx.xx |

Adding to what Robert-CA pointed out, this is time to go change the filter and walk very slowly to see signs of unauthorized walking pets - bowls and leashes near the door, look under sinks to see if they have acquired 739,612,547 cans of cleaning stuff bending the drain pipe so it leaks onto 512,285 cans and they have nothing inside because the bottom has rusted out, they will never use them to clean anything - only to hold the trash can from blowing around when they move out. --76.188.xxx.xx |
