A small area of allure has been damaged (size of a dollar bill). How would you patch it. It involves only one panel. Have extra pieces. --68.32.xxx.xxx |

If it's grip strip just take a heat gun and heat the vinyl plank, pull it out and replace it with a spare of the same color. I keep a few spares when we lay floor. --71.213.xx.xxx |

Tip I learned here cut out the middle of the plank to help get under the tongue w a putty knife and gives you a place to grab and lift away the damaged piece --66.87.xxx.xxx |

Cutting an X in the middle is my strategy that helps to get the underpiece out. And also using the wax sheets between the pieces as I loosen them. --64.222.xxx.xxx |

Just replace the plank, you can use a hair dryer to soften the seal, be sure to keep everything clean or the rubble will make a bump. --107.209.xxx.xx |
