Hi,
I finally turned on the ads on Zillow.
The first renter application already messed up, this renter from the application now owns the property, and owns the email. (I assumed he dose not know the password.)
I contacted the person via his phone number, he said he is not interesting the rental, but now his name is in my account/profile....
I do not know how to contact Zillow about this hack situation.
Any suggestions? How do you marketing your property? My neighbor told me that he felt sad that the nice property could not find a decent tenant and I lose a tons money and live under the poverty.... ha.. Only God knows.

It seems that you need more help than one can really give on this website. You would probably do better to work with some local landlords so they can work with you one-on-one. The best way to do this would be to start attending a local real estate investment group. --99.165.xx.xxx |

You can contact support via email. Go to help. Zillow rental manager . com (no spaces). This will bring you to a screen that has a number of links on the page. Scroll 1/3 of the way down. On the left side of the screen is the link. Click on the blue "how do I contact Support?" link.
Since you still have the password, delete that Zillow account and just create a new one with a new email address and a new password. --98.146.xxx.xxx |
