Thought I'd try Apartments.com for a SFH. My application asks where the applicant found the house so I can track the effectiveness of my ads. Total of 21 applications were returned to me. Here is the breakdown:

Zillow/Trulia/Hotpads: 19

Apartments.com: 0

Random google search: 1

Craigslist: 1 (I didn't even place an ad)

I got only 1 inquiry from Apartments.com, and that came in 4 days after the ad expired.

Has anyone else tried Apartments.com for SFH? Seems like a waste of my time. --108.219.xx.xxx
