Just wondering if any of the t r u m p bashers work or own businesses... I'm curious cuz around here everyone (who gets up in the morning) is completely swamped with work and have never made more ammo in their life...
Try and find a contractor now a days to work on a project... Guess what? They are all swamped with work and have no time and are making more money than ever...
I know our unemployment rate here in whiskey is the lowest its ever been in years... COINCIDENCE? I don't think so... I think its folks like THE MAN and our awesome GOVERNOR WALKER that is making people more accountable...

I turned away from all the haters. I was just as tired of people who hated the other President.
I used to find flaws in the Ford vs Chevy game, but now that very game has become so profitable that we are in a sea of hate, bombarded constantly. I'm too busy for that, with real projects and real people to help.

Texas is popping, the problem is that our kids no longer work with their dads and the trades are in shout supply. Not sure why it happened but the trades should never been removed from the jr high school elective.

Contractors are swamped because they can't find the help to get their jobs done. It's an epidemic here. Trump did a great job with economy and you are right that now people are spending on home improvements. The T bashers are the professors and some state workers who can't be fired, get automatic raises and don't have to work too hard. They won't give away their money for social causes but think everyone else should. The worst factor is many Trump Bashers can not see the major amount of money the DOJ and related entities are spending on the Russia probe to try and find any thing to remove Trump from office. Trump needs to clean house in several of the agencies due to internal hold overs from previous admin. AND some from his own party as well. The russian probe is a serious fabrication by many in the dems party that wanted Hillary to win that they are trying anything to remove Trump. Hilliary and many from the previous admin need to be in jail for the obstruction of justice in the past admin. PLUS the past admin did everything to hurt job growth in this country. Over regulations is the worst thing to add to the burden of business.
The mid terms will be a major victory for Trump because the economy and jobs are booming. And the Dems have nothing to counter act those two major important issues.

I'm a licensed contractor and property owner/landlord/investor. Let me tell you about Los Angeles and California.
First we have rent control that limits rent raises to 3% a year. They keep on raising our taxes, license fee's and provide less service.
On my employee's, I must pay worker compensation insurance based on type of work and salary. So if I have a guy holding a hammer, I must pay 20% of their day wage in WC insurance. If a buy stand on a roof, then it's 100% of their day salary in WC insurance.
Then there's apartment owner tax, business tax. Federal tax from about 28% to 49%. State taxes around 13.3%, employee tax 7% and self employment tax of around 14.5%.
So each time I want to make an additional $100,000 worth of income, I need to produce around $300,000 in profits -- all because of taxes, insurance, licenses and fee's.
So if you want a million dollars as a business man in California, you first have to make around THREE MILLION DOLLARS IN PROFIT! Trump, no Trump, Rep or Dem, makes no difference......when they go to take a dump, it all stinks. --47.156.xx.xx |

Robert, I here ya brudder... I have an uncle in California and lucky for him he is living with an extremely rich woman (family owns car dealerships in cali)...
I love to visit but CANNOT understand for the life of me how anyone can afford to live out there... (at least in a nice area)...
I know Whiskey winters get old but I'm here to tell you its a awesome place to own real estate... Thats why I am flipping cribs to a friend I met on a plane from Colorado... He couldn't believe what you can own here and the rents they draw...
