This is in conclusion to my March 31 cluster fly post. Now that it’s warmed up the flies are almost completely gone. House SOLD so for those saying “omg, who lists a house for a year?!” Or “Omg, Fire your realtor” or “omg now your listing is stale, take it off the market” or “omg knock that kitchen wall out” Well after my original post we got an offer a week later and inspection was already done 2 days ago. The people saw the house online, contacted my realtor to see it 45 min later and just loved it. Offered $7k less than what I had listed so we are making a huge profit. Just needed the buying market to start back up. Luckily it’s actually spring here now. I think the cold weather is behind us.
