I use Zillow rental manager to post my listings on Zillow, Hotpads and Trulia. Zillow updates my rental listing saying rent includes all utilities and cable and internet etc... I do not see any area to 'un-select' this. I have contacted customer service but no response to my case in over 1.5 weeks even after multiple attempts.

I have people contacting me about my rental listings and get upset when I say rent does not include utilities, cable etc.....

Has anyone else seen this same issue? I highly suggest you check your listings on these sites. Does anyone know how to 'un-select' these property amenities? I just don't see any configuration screens in the Zillow app to change this.

I'm disappointed in the lack of customer service from Zillow. --96.42.xxx.xx

Yeah. Their options suck. You may be able to go into their different sections and find a box to uncheck. I know it's not user friendly.

Might have to do it from computer/laptop.

Use a real computer and Chrome. Go to my properties, manage, then edit.

At the bottom should be an option to check or uncheck the utilities you include. --64.251.xxx.xxx

Hi,

Thanks for your feedback. I am using a PC and have tried in Chrome and IE. (I have also tried on my phone).

When I log into my account, select My Properties, select the property I want to work with and click on "listing", there are no options displayed to check or uncheck the utilities that are included in the individual listing. Do others see these options?
