Rented a place to a guy today who qualified with enough income but not a lot,i suggested the weekly pay plan to help him budget,he thought that was a great idea.Got a $1000 security and $255 per week rent which works out to about a 9.5% premium over the $1000 I advertised it for.Typically my tenants and probably most low income tenants don't save anything toward rent and wind up giving me the whole first weeks pay check on the first Friday plus some the following week or however they deal with it.This is a very nice option and while I get a premium it allows them to keep the majority of each paycheck so they aren't flat out broke for the entire first week of the month.I was skeptical when this idea was first presented here but totally buying into it now which helps sell it to those who will benefit from it. --72.231.xxx.xxx |

Ken, I think the weekly option is the only way to go. I'm thinking that I'm going to get to the point where that's the only option offered. --172.58.xxx.xx |
