For those of you that buy tax liens in Indiana, do you do the notifications yourself or have an attorney do it? If you do them yourself, is there a template you use?

I’ve done them myself. Not hard

BUT

Gotta meet mutilpe deadlines or your money is gone.

One detail can ruin the deal.

I will probably hire out the next ones.
