Renter...room...got mad at daughter and called her names, then yelled at me..owner of house...called me names..and at 1 am called sheriff with story I didn't hear about until 10:am.
Wants all previous rent back one month he was here and is going to move out but have not given him notice yet altho I have forms from my regular apt. rentals. I did use a regular rental form month to month. Has been a bad tenant since day one. Too much trouble to have someone in own residence as opposed to apts. --73.70.xxx.xxx |

You need to talk to an eviction lawyer.
He/she will tell you how messed up your situation is. In CA tenants have more rights than LL.

Your renting part of your house while you live there. There are simpler faster regulations covering your situation. Check with a local real estate rental specializing attorney for your location, but you may be able to evict the renter in 5 days or get a TSO based on his threats to your family which will effectively evict him.
