I would never take non profit agency rental assistance. How to refuse any money in NJ is a problem but I would find a way. In NJ we can't decide based on where the money comes from but we can say that income must be three times the rent and that would not be the case from an agency. You need to file for eviction. Vee, I never looked at the stand point of eviction as pressure from the start to finish. Now I clearly get it, It’s really pressure for what we have to do to get them out.
