Can anyone recommend a good eviction attorney in New Bedford MA?
I'm trying to get rid of a section 8 tenant who is nothing but trouble.
Thanks,
Scott

Go to your local eviction court and observe. Get the business cards from some attorneys who seem proficient, and call them.

Good advice from Mike45. Don't worry that they are on S8, handle them the same as non-S8. THEN, after you have successfully evicted them send the eviction judgement to the Housing Authority. In my city - Fall River - getting eviction due to non-payment gets your S8 certificate cancelled.
The Feds (HUD) are cutting back on the housing funds they are giving the State who are then cutting funding to the local Housing Authorities. So the local HA is looking for reasons to cut people from the S8 certificate list.
It's kinda satisfying to 1. Evict them and then 2. Get their HA certificate shredded.
