Look at the contract. The contract I had said I would owe a commission to the PM if I sold the house to tenants they placed within one year of the placement. --72.188.xxx.xx

You are selling but not as a rent2own- correct? Those end very ugly for both parties, send them to a bank - even local banks spend 16 months to get a foreclosure and you are long distance.

I would suggest giving one month rent value after the sale has finished. --76.188.xxx.xx
