First, I don't talk money with friends an family but little excited an got my landlord juices running again. Bought a house for 40,100 in June 2012. Sold on land contract an guy just paid me off yesterday. Just ran my numbers an closing out that house paperwork. Final numbers. Collected 102115.86. Paid out 6998.46. For taxes an insurance. Bought house 40100. Net profit of 55017.40

And I know what you mean about not talking about it with people in real life, but wanting to be able to tell someone, you know?

My wife and I paid off our own home just a couple months ago. Feels great! But it isn't like I can tell the locals, you know?
