Does anybody use Rent Protection Insurance. Cleaning out files and ran across a promotion for this from several years ago. Don't know if it's worth is ($250 per year)

What is Rent Protection Insurance?

We have rent reimbursement insurance as a rider on our dwelling policies. If the building is rendered uninhabitable by a covered event, insurance will pay the rent until the building is restore.
