Run. Run away. Far far away. Someone is singing the blues paying taxes on this property. Unless you are well familiar with the area and prepared to deal with a property where doing ANY renovation work is going to create Christmas for local thieves, run.

There are also likely title issues and etc. to deal with.

$300 is the tip of the iceberg on this one I bet.
