WOW, we got a clerk check from a tenant we have had a judgement on for 2 years. I keep chasing him down and trying to get him in court. He hides well.
He did not show last week and we got a body attachment on him. $500.
Pookie called me today and said we received a $50 check in the mail with his name in the memo line.
He dropped it off after hours. I gotta find him so I can call the po po and get him picked up to get the $500 attachment.
Our judge can't believe our relentlessness. She says she admires it. But we stay after them.. Maybe someday we'll get the rest.
Stay after 'em. Their out there somewhere.
