State Specific Question About: CALIFORNIA (CA)

Thru my own detective work & filings I successfully did a bank levy on the bad tenant Sheriff evicted & $7,700 is being held. BAD news- tenant filed a Claim of Exemption to fight me from getting the funds. She cites the code which supposedly applies... but I can't read much of her writing. I am going to do some research, too. But does anyone know of a good website or someone who can fight this for me? It's in LA County or Long Beach. --54.176.xx.xxx
