Does anyone recommend a website for tenants to pay their rent? --24.9.xx.xxx

I think a lot of people on here, including myself, will recommend Clearnow. It's the only method I'll allow my tenants to pay rent with now. The only drawback is sometimes funds aren't in your account until the 6th of the month, but it TAKES the money out of their account and doesn't rely on them having to remember to pay you each month. --73.177.xxx.xx

Like thru a bank. Zelle is a service bridging this gap. --172.58.xx.xxx

I use clearnow and really like it. It takes some of the anxiety out of rent payments for me. I now use it for new rentals as the only way to pay rent. I have 3 old tenants that I am trying to entice to use it. --65.188.xxx.xxx

I've been using zelle, paypal and cash app. I was going to use a local program called Zrent but no one would commit to it because of the late fees. --71.184.xxx.xx

Send it to me and I will let you know in December... Seriously is this a question?

Use the service shown above -Easy Rent Collection- and it will move automatically from the tenant to your account, --76.188.xxx.xxx

I don’t see any advantage with clearnow. Sure it takes the money, unless the tenant blocks the withdrawal. And it costs money and it’s slow. Zelle and/or Venmo are the way to go. --73.186.xxx.xxx

I've had great success with Zibo. No fees unless they choose to use a credit/debit card. Check out zibo.co

Zelle all the way. My lease specifies that payment will be made through automatic means. I tell my tenants to set it up to automatically pay each month. That way they have to remember to block it (if they want to) instead of remember to pay it. --104.230.xxx.xx
