well boys and gals... its time to unload any of your headaches at top dollar... check out 8036 w scranton... just flipped it with no garage for a crazy price of 169k.... got a/o at 170k.... its nuts out there folks...
I have 4-5 houses that just came vacant due to evictions/moveouts/etc... I am flipping at least 3 of them... they are already in great shape just pigged up from our last tennys....
I have one at 69th and congress that I bought back in da day for 40s and am finishing this wee and will list around 190k.... got another on 42nd and congress bought 3 years ago for 25k and will be listing around 149k;-). got another on 63rd and Fairmount I bought for 40s and will be listing around 160k... got another around 74th and Cortland that I bought years ago for 40s, should be listing around 170k....
time to cash out my friends... I have quite a bit of loss to suck up like our president so it shouldn't be too painful...
