Many associations have sub-groups who meet monthly on various real estate topics. And, many others are trying to get sub-groups and meetings established to meet the many educational needs of their members. If you are a leader or active member of a real estate or landlord association, you may not be aware that our web site allows ASSOCIATIONS to rent out the MR. LANDLORD ON-LINE CHAT ROOM for FREE!! A sub group of your association can meet on-line right at our CHAT ROOM. If you want, we will even promote the fact that a sub-group of your association is meeting on a certain date in the MR. LANDLORD chat room. This announcement may attract others in your area who may be interested in finding out more about your association, and may then consider membership or attending one of your "live" monthly meetings. To rent our CHAT ROOM and/or to have an ANNOUNCEMENT of an upcoming On-Line Association Meeting posted on our web site, just send an email to: chatroomreservations@mrlandlord.com.

You also have the option of making your association meetings PRIVATE. If you prefer, we will arrange to have the Chat Room PASSWORD PROTECTED during the time of your meeting so that only members of your association, sub group or invited guests can enter the meeting room. This privacy feature can be provided for no charge to your association. Just let us know when you e-mail us a request to reserve the Chat Room if the meeting will be private or open to the public. In either case, there is no charge. And, we will coordinate with other associations so that there is not more than one group wanting to meet at the same time.

In addition, you or your association can reserve space in the CHAT ROOM
on an ongoing monthly basis. That way you can meet at the SAME TIME once a month, EVERY MONTH if you like. That way association members
will be able to mark their calendar and set aside a regular meeting time
(i.e. Third Thursday of every month at 9pm, or Second Monday of each
month at 10pm) One big advantage of On-Line Meetings, they can be held
later than normal meetings, so that members have time to come home, eat dinner, and converse with family before meeting with associates right from the comfort of their homes and even in their most casual of clothing.

Chat Room Reservations are done on a first-come, first serve basis.
