AMOUNT OF ADVANCE NOTICE MUST GIVE A RESIDENT TO CHANGE A MONTH TO MONTH AGREEMENT

To amend or change a rental agreement there is often a 30 day advance notice that must be given to the resident, however the amount of time to change an agreement varies according to state.
