D & DJ Properties, Inc. has been in business since 1994. As well as renting single family homes and apartments in Baltimore City and County, the business also buys and sells properties. Homes are bought for cash in 30 days or less. We help individuals who have a distressed property or just want to get rid of their home for whatever reason. One officer of D & DJ Properties is a licensed Maryland Real Estate agent. This gives our company the ability to find homes for potential home owners or to list a home for a seller. The officers of D & DJ Properties are members of the Real Estate Investors Club of Baltimore. One Officer of the business is on the Board of Directors of Villages of Tall Trees Condominium Association and the Board of Directors of Bayshore Estates Condominium Association.
