During the past 15 years, Lee has clocked more than 2.3 million miles as he has addressed more than 1,000 audiences throughout the nation. He is a highly sought-after lecturer on asset protection strategies and the law. Lee has advised more than 500,000 financial professionals, attorneys, doctors, accountants, and entrepreneurs throughout the United States and Canada.

Lee's dynamic style and provocative knowledge have also made him a well-received guest on numerous radio and TV shows throughout the nation. As founder and president of LegaLees Corporation, Lee directs a legal publishing/software company which produces and markets legal training materials for attorneys and laymen. Lee has received grants from federal and state governments to develop legal software systems that are currently being used nationwide in federal laboratories, universities, and by Fortune 500 companies and single inventors.

Lee is a member of the Estate Planning and Patent Section of the Utah State Bar and is licensed to practice law before the Supreme Court of Utah, and before the United States Supreme Court. Lee is also a member of the American Bar Association, the National Association of College and University Attorneys, and the Licensing Executives Society.

Lee holds licenses in real estate, insurance, and securities. He also has expertise in patent and intellectual property law, and served as Associate General Counsel and Director of Technology Transfer of the nation's largest private university, Brigham Young University.

Lee and his wife Kristy are the authors of nine books including Accumulation and Preservation of Wealth, Superhighway to Wealth: Making Money on the Internet, NetProfits, Flexible Benefit Plan - Retirement Savings Plan, and How to Approach a Venture Capital Firm. He also has authored numerous articles that have been widely published in newspapers and magazines.

In 1982, Lee and his family experienced a near-deadly brush with cancer that changed their lives. Just three months after starting his first job as an attorney, Lee was diagnosed with terminal cancer.
