Had a tenant once spill a bunch of blood from ther deer parts in my fridge. It drained into the pan under the fridge then they complained about a BAD SMELL! Pull that pan out from under fridge and clean with bleach. Then pull fridge out of it's cubby hole and you won't believe what is under there. Then do kitchen stove. Next get chair and look in closet up high where you can't see the back of the shelfs normally. Maybe a box of Ky chicken up there. Yum Yum. Look in vents and vacum out with shop vac. Cleaning all these areas will help the place smell better. Also will keep bugs and rodent poluation down. Good luck to you. When you find out what it is please let us know. --64.12.116.204

I have a machine by EcoQuest that eliminates ANY and EVERY odor. I loved it so much that I am now a distributor. Gets rid of any odor gauranteed! Great unit and it lasts for ever.

Used by a lot of my investor friends.

If you want more information let me know. You can try it for free!

I saw Brent's machine at the Columbus REIA. It is a pretty nifty device. Suck the amonia smell right out of a paper towel in 2 minutes. --199.125.55.250

EcoQuest certianly is a thinly disguised pyramid scam. Website does not list prices but does show members standing next to their shiny BMW's. --12.38.198.125

The last bad odor I had was the remains of a dead bird complete with maggots under the washing machine. Really awful. We figured the tenants cat brought it in.

Why do they call the landlord for these things?
