ok...if you want a whole story broke down a little....there's a handful of professional thieves working together to rob the rich... just like the ones in the boat going up and down the coast going in certain houses stealing money out of people's safes... this is the same...I met this girl a few year's ago..she brought me into her life .. I worked for her...she got to know me,not knowing she had already done her homework and thats why i was already there in the first place...then i moved in not only working for her , but taking care of everything around the place and business too...then we were offered a trip to florida and bahama's real cheap....so we did .... well we went... in the mean time we went everywhere,...we decided it would be nice to live at this certain spot we were at...so we started looking around ... looked a few places ....then....there was this place we saw we just fell in love with ....so seeing it was 4-sale .....we made a offer on it....it went thru...3 months later we moved down....7 months later we agree that we have to go back and take care of unfinished business ...... so we find someomne to take care of the property while we were gone ....in the mean time when i should be heading back .... i hear that the property is sold....she said...i don't know? when we get down there ..florida... she tells me 2 days later she must of signed a piece of paper that she didn't know about ....then before closing she takes off and goes back to where she lives .... leaving me in florida.. the thing is i didn't know that my realitive left me a piece of property and house in their trust along with money.. and she did....taking it all???????? --68.235.230.200 |

That is more info but that is about as clear as mud. First you say you bought it. Then you say it was in a trust you didn't know about and she took it. And I didn't know about the boat people robbing peoples safes. Was she part of this. Where you part of this? Now you worked for her?? What did she do for a living besides stealing money and a house you didn't know you had. If it was your money and your house in a trust. Then did she have your power of attorney?? How could her signing anything get to your money unless you gave her permission. Did you. Have you reported the matter to the police? Now as far as the house you are living in. If it was in your name and was stole or it was in her name and you just where living there you do not have to honor the one week thing. The house would have been sold subject to the rights of the occupants. Now if the house was stole from you then I sure wouldn't move. Let them try and make you move. At least you will get to tell your side to the judge. But I mean no disrespect. You have a hard time expressing the facts so you will need an attorney to do so for you in court. You are hurt, devestated, betrayed. The judge will want to just here the facts only and the attorney will be able to tell them clearly to the judge. Now if you and her where the ones robbing the rich and she stole your share well that would be a different story now wouldn't it. However back to the point about someone(presumabley the new buyer telling you had a week to get out) other Florida Landlords may correct me. But As I see it they can not give you just one week to get out. I would make them put me out by the court as I said. | If both of you were on the title then one cannot sell the property without the other. Sounds like someone has forged either a quit-claim deed or some closing papers. Make them prove it was your signature on those documents. Forgery is a felony. --64.123.207.169 |
