State Specific Question About: MASSACHUSETTS (MA) Hi I have a problem w/ my tenant who hasn't paid rent and utilities since September..He also owes me money that I lent him before..his contract w/ me is ending in April..How can i evict him and claim everything he owes me including the money I lent him I'll apreciate if somebody could give me some advice Regards --24.91.242.66 |

| You need to start the eviction process by issuing a 14 day notice for non payment. Since it sounds like you aren't familiar with this process, you should contact a lawyer. It can be complicated if you've never done one before and if you do something wrong, you'll end up having to start over again or the tenant will end up winning. --24.128.227.165 |
